Daniela Paciello
Daniela Pacella is a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, researcher (RtD-B) in Medical Statistics (MED/01) at the Department of Public Health of the University of Naples Federico II. Her main interests have always been in bridging the gap between medical and health research (topics of her BSc and MSc degrees) and AI research (from her PhD in England, Plymouth and Post-Doc in Scotland, Edinburgh) by developing new standardized methodologies grounded on statistics. Since the beginning of her research career, her “mission” as a lecturer and researcher is to put Artificial intelligence and machine learning methods to the service of medical research, professionals and patients by merging traditional and rigorous medical statistics with AI and deep learning algorithms.
